Applicants for this stream must:
have received an invitation from Austrade to apply
invest AUD15 million in Australia and hold them for at least 12 months
genuinely commit to continuing their business and investment activity in Australia after the conclusion of their provisional visa
not have been involved in business or investment activities that are unacceptable in Australia. This also applies to their partner
must agree not to bring any action against the Commonwealth for any loss relating to their complying investment
have functional English
meet the relevant character and health requirements
have paid or made arrangements to pay back any money owed to the Australian government
