Applicants for this stream must:
be the primary holder of Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) (subclass 188) visa in the Significant Investor stream or Significant Investor extension stream
have held their investment (made in connection with their provisional visa) for 4 years
have a current nomination from Austrade
have functional English
meet the relevant character and health requirements
not have had a visa cancelled or refused
have paid or made arrangements to pay back any money owed to the Australian government
