Applicants for this stream must:
have received a nomination by an Australian State or Territory government after lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the SkillSelect system

have functional English
meet the relevant character and health requirements
not have had a visa cancelled or refused
have paid or made arrangements to pay back any money owed to the Australian government
