STUDENT VISA

From the 1st of July, 2016, the application process for student visas has been streamlined and international students can now apply for a single student visa (subclass 500), irrespective of their selected study course. Based on the student’s educational provider and the country of citizenship, the student visa applications will be assessed as regular or streamlined. This in turn determines the necessary standard of proficiency in English and the financial capacity the applicant is required to demonstrate.
